1Acceptance of Terms

2Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the Platform and the ability to place bets or engage in casino games is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
2. You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use.
3. You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
4. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
5. You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform operated by the same group.

7d7777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where satisfactory proof is not provided within the timeframe requested, the Platform reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and withhold any funds pending verification. Underage gambling is illegal and a serious safeguarding concern. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable law.

3Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services on 7d7777, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update any information that changes after registration.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 7d7777. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7d7777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and forfeit any balances in those accounts.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support at [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

7d7777 may at any time require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This may include, but is not limited to, submitting a government-issued photo identification document, a proof of address, and a proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

7d7777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported channels and processing times are subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from an account or card belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit will be reversed and the associated funds will not be credited to your account balance. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Wallet section of the Platform at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 7d7777 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of the request being submitted, subject to verification requirements. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Wallet section.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a deposit is received in a different currency, it will be converted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of receipt. 7d7777 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.4 Unclaimed Balances

If your account remains inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, 7d7777 reserves the right to classify the account as dormant. Dormant account balances may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee, details of which will be notified to you in advance by email. To reactivate a dormant account, please contact [email protected].

5Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 7d7777 offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to eligible account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, which will be published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. 7d7777 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been exploited or claimed in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-margin or zero-margin betting opportunities.
• Coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value from the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration to qualify for a bonus.

5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

7d7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before you have met its wagering requirements, any bonus balance remaining at the time of withdrawal will be removed from your account. Your real-money balance will not be affected.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on 7d7777 are subject to the Platform's general betting rules and any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is only deemed accepted once you have received a bet confirmation reference number from the Platform. In the event of a technical error or communication failure during bet placement, the Platform's records shall be the definitive record of whether a bet was successfully accepted. 7d7777 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to network interruptions on the player's end.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition in question. For cricket, official results are those declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), or the board of the relevant domestic competition (e.g., BPL, IPL). Abandoned or void matches will be settled according to the rules applicable to the specific market type.

6.3 Obvious Errors

In the event of an obvious error in the odds published on the Platform — including but not limited to prices that are materially inconsistent with the market at the time of the event — 7d7777 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. The Platform will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct obvious pricing errors in a timely manner.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the Platform's betting interface and are subject to change. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout limit will be reduced to the applicable limit, and the excess will not be paid.

8Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or system glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or with Platform staff to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any part of the Platform.

A breach of any of the above will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 7d7777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 7d7777, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7d7777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 7d7777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 7d7777's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 7d7777's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy & Data

7d7777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with the procedures set out in the Privacy Policy.

12Account Termination

You may close your 7d7777 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7d7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance. Where an account is closed for cause, 7d7777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending full investigation.

13Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

14Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7d7777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving as closely as possible the original intent of the provision.

14.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by 7d7777 in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or privilege. A waiver in any particular instance does not constitute a waiver in any future instance.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of 7d7777. 7d7777 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, successor entity, or purchaser of substantially all of its assets without your consent, provided that the assignee agrees to be bound by these Terms.
